The year so far: Looking back at Everything Electric London 2025

It took its time, but summer is finally here! Before everyone takes a (hopefully) sunny break to recharge, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the &Charge year so far – and what a year it has been!
We have had some amazing local events this year, from our biggest Community Event so far in Germany, several events in the south of France, to supporting the ID.Traef in Denmark. We are thrilled that &Charge is being represented everywhere, and one of our absolute highlights has been Everything Electric London!
It’s London, baby!
&Charge started the Easter weekend in London at the Fully Charged Everything Electric Show from 16-18 April – and it was indeed egg-cellent!
The whole team was excited in the lead up to the event, as it represented the first time that &Charge was present at an industry event in the capital of London with a booth after making our UK debut at the sister event, Everything Electric South, in Farnborough in October 2024.
Wednesday the 16th of April, the first day of the conference, was more focused on business attendees, whereas Thursday and Good Friday had a distinct family-feel to it, and we were completely out of energizing &Charge gummy bears by late morning on Friday!
A true and trusted partnership
Just as we did in Farnborough, &Charge once again had a joint booth with evyve, one of our fantastic UK CPO partners, which showcased the cooperation between the two companies.

Go big or go home
We went big to demonstrate how &Charge and evyve work together. Whilst evyve constructed a life-sized cardboard charging station, our booth also had an oversized interactive mobile phone. Everyone loved it, especially the kids! Who can resist a massive button?
On this giant phone, attendees could complete a short survey. Fifty lucky winners received an Octopus Electroverse voucher for the next time they charge their EVs!

Robert Llewellyn visits our booth for an extended conversation
TV legend and founder of the Everything Electric franchise, Robert Llewellyn, followed our invitation to speak with the team about how &Charge acts as the eyes on the ground for evyve, which for CPOs “is such a critically important thing…that makes a big difference” to reliability.

Engaging with EV enthusiasts on the ground
We had so many good conversations at the booth with new EV Drivers, long-time &Charge Power Users and familiar faces from the EV charging industry. Thought leader Dave Mortensen from “Dave Takes It On“Dave Takes It On” visited the stand to bring some behind-the-scenes insights into the world of a CPO:the world of a CPO:
Also, Dave managed to get a Behind-the-scenes of &Charge:

The stage is yours
Reliability was also the name of the game as &Charge and evyve took to the stage to discuss what is being done to ease charging anxiety, so drivers need not worry that a public charger will not be working when they arrive to charge.
With &Charge, CPOs obtain a more comprehensive view of their charging locations to help them to ensure reliability whilst EV Drivers get rewarded for their feedback. And if anything goes wrong, the &Charge Marketplace’s trusted network of service partners are there to help you fix it to achieve a seamless, enjoyable charging experience.
