Via the &Charge User Engagement app and integrated data feeds (e.g. Google Maps, Roaming Platforms, etc.), you get real-time, user-generated insights directly from your charging locations, so your technicians do not need to travel to your charging stations unnecessarily and you can actively engage your users. This can easily be integrated into your existing daily operations to ultimately increase your network’s reliability and utilization whilst achieving a reduction in operating expenditure.

There are various types of services that are provided by &Charge for your public charging network, from site visits and visual inspections to detect incidents at your charging locations down to finding you the right service partner at the best price via the &Charge Marketplace. On site at your charging stations, there are the regularly required checks which &Charge sets up for you – checking the condition of the charging plugs, screens or signage. Moreover, you can opt for specific charging tests, functional tests and even ad hoc tasks that you would like to be performed. We customise the checks, tasks and questions asked of users based on your requirements – just reach out to the &Charge team to let us know what you need. In terms of user engagement, there is always the possibility for users to check in at your charging stations to provide feedback, commentary and pictures.
