What is &Charge?

The &Charge platform consists of several different features, from proactive monitoring of your stations to dealing with incidents via the &Charge Marketplace. The monitoring of technical signals with a Charge Point Management System (CPMS) is complemented by the external view on your charging locations via &Charge. Via the &Charge User Engagement app and integrated data feeds (e.g. Google Maps, Roaming Platforms, etc.), you get real-time, user-generated insights directly from your charging locations, so your technicians do not need to travel to your charging stations unnecessarily and you can actively engage your users. This can easily be integrated into your existing daily operations to ultimately increase your network’s reliability and utilization whilst achieving a reduction in operating expenditure.

How does &Charge help me to save OPEX?

&Charge ensures Operational Excellence and enables OPEX savings all along your value chain, from Site validation at Deployment, customer ready audits at Commissioning, to visits, tests, validations, quality assessments, anti-fraud checks, etc. during Operation. On site at your charging stations, there are the regularly required checks which &Charge sets up for you – checking the condition of the charging plugs, screens or signage. Moreover, you can opt for specific charging tests, functional tests and even ad hoc tasks that you would like to be performed. We customise the checks, tasks and questions asked of users based on your requirements – just reach out to the &Charge team to let us know what you need. In terms of user engagement, there is always the possibility for users to check in at your charging stations to provide feedback, commentary and pictures. Moreover, &Charge has the most active EV user base in Europe, intrinsically motivated to help improve the charging experience, ideal for conducting targeted surveys of EV drivers.

How does &Charge ensure the quality of data on the &Charge Value Platform?

To ensure that you receive quality input concerning your charging network, we perform software validation with our proprietary Artificial Intelligence tools, continuous user education of &Charge users and reviews of feedback and images by our experienced inhouse quality assurance team. In this way, incidents are detected, categorised and prioritised to help you to focus your efforts on the most crucial aspects to ensure the reliability of your network.

Through the &Charge Marketplace, we can support you in dealing with incidents that arise at your charging locations by providing the required service at the best possible price. How are &Charge’s services priced?

You start with a non-binding, free trial, where we review the condition of your charging network in some depth. This allows you to try before you buy and allows us to get a picture of your specific requirements and priorities for your business. Together with you, we review the trial outcomes and discuss next steps. The monthly running costs are informed by your specific requirements. By saving on costs for site visits, time-critical checks, reduced call centre volumes and manual data handling, in addition to preventing profit loss, &Charge reduces your costs with the implementation of the &Charge Value platform.

How long does it take to get started?

From a technical perspective, you can get started with &Charge immediately without a lengthy integration process. We provide you with access to the &Charge Dashboard and you can reap the benefits from day one.
